St. Stephen's Church Council Report 2008

St. Stephen's Council met once in 2008. The wardens and the council executive will remain the same for 2009. The parish council representatives are Carol Wells and Aileen Campbell.

Our fundraiser was the Giant Pumpkin weigh off/Turkey supper event held in September.

Repairs to one side of the church roof were needed this past year. These repairs were sufficient to delay repairing and reshingling the entire north side of the roof, which is anticipated to be necessary in the next year or two. No other work was required and St. Stephen's was able to meet the Diocesan insurance guidelines and requirements.
